5. Communication & Updates

  • By registering with us, the candidate agrees to receive such communication.

6. Code of Conduct

  • Clients must behave respectfully with staff and not engage in abusive behavior.

  • Any misuse of services, fraud, or unethical behavior will lead to permanent blacklisting.

7. Data Privacy

  • All personal information shared with ZENITH HOME CONSULTANCY is kept confidential.

  • We may share candidate details only with verified employers for the purpose of job placement.

  • We do not sell or misuse personal data.

8. Employer Responsibilities

  • For employer clients, all job details provided must be accurate.

  • We are not responsible for disputes between employers and employees once the hiring is complete.

9. Limitation of Liability

ZENITH HOME CONSULTANCY shall not be held responsible for:

  • Job losses, termination, or disputes after placement.

  • Fraudulent activities conducted by third-party employers or candidates.

  • Financial loss, travel expenses, or personal loss incurred by the candidate.

10. Termination of Services

  • The company reserves the right to terminate or refuse service to any individual for violation of terms.

  • Candidates may also discontinue using our services anytime.

11. Changes to Terms

  • Continued use of our services means acceptance of the revised Terms.
